Information collected through this monitoring form will be anonymized and used for monitoring and reporting\u00a0 to identify problems in the field of civil society and develop proposed solutions. Dear CSO representative, we would like to inform you about Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, which regulates the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data, as well as the principles and procedures they must follow. Circumstances that do not require consent<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, STGM as data controller, has the right to process personal data without express consent if this is necessary for the performance or conclusion of a contract directly related to the parties to the contract, if this is necessary for the performance of a legal obligation of STGM, if publicly disclosed by the data subject, if necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, if necessary for the legitimate interests of STGM as data controller, provided that this does not adversely affect the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.<\/p>\n

Consent Approval <\/strong><\/p>\n
