Is Freedom of Movement Possible for Civil Society Organisations in the EU?

The report titled “A Statute for European Cross-border Associations and Non-profit Organizations”, published in 2021, is based on the fact that there is no common legal arrangement for non-governmental organizations at the EU level explores ways of determining a common legal status.
